Macros not visible

​@Jenny Wallis  It may be something like this in the Macro settings that could be the issue -- have a look in the Macro Editor and see if someone has toggled these options on some of the macros you are missing.

And this is what I see when trying to use the macro. under personal macro. 

 

I have noticed that when the conversation says “Fin” then the macros show, otherwise it doesnt. What is this “fin” and how to I navigate it in the context of macros 

​@Jenny Wallis That’s interesting, Fin is the AI agent from Intercom I wonder if it’s something about the conversation state that is causing the issue for you but I’m not sure without seeing more why that would be happening.  But you do see the Macro showing up?  If it’s a newly added Macro sometimes I think you need to reload first to see it as well.   Feel free to DM me a video of the situation and I can try to help.
