Multiple keywords in the branhces

Question

Hey team! Is there a way to somehow use multiple trigger words within branch for OR conditions? My goal is to build a custom action (data connector nowadays?) that would trigger once one of the keywords is used by the prospect, however that would be over 100 items. Is there any way to achieve this result without having to type in the word for every trigger word despite what article from help centre suggests?

​@Aleksei O I’d highly recommend checking out the new AI Categorization Beta(video here) for this use case or integrate AI using the data connectorsI’m already using this with good success with some of our Intercom consulting clients, for things like Spam Detection and Routing because we can detect things like sentiment, category, etc using Prompts to describe the scenarios which is much more powerful than just keywords and as you mentioned a lot less tedious!Hope you can get into the closed beta, I am not sure when this is launching live but feel free to DM as well if you would like to chat more about how this works.
