Our users fill out Person Attributes during a conversation with a teammate but the information they manually enter gets lost in “Conversation Events”. Is there a way to bold or highlight the information they input to make it stand out? I tried emojis but only alphanumeric/hyphens/symbols are allowed which won’t make the information pop like we need it to.
