Hi community, I'd like to send a visitor an email after a certain bot interaction (and also after capturing their email). For example, the bot offers them a resource and it asks whether they would like it to be sent to their email. Would the easiest way be to tag them and then create an ongoing email with the tag as the Rule? Thanks in advance!

Hello @cece, Yes, the easiest way will be to tag them and send an outgoing e-mail - Keep in mind that this will only work once.
