Is there a resource that compares Series and Workflow?

Hi @Asa Nadeau !

Series and Workflows have 2 different behaviors. A Series is for creating a messaging campaign for your customers. For example, in a Series you can set up an onboarding campaign that sends them a Post message if they log into your app within a week of signing up. Then, if they don’t arrive on your site within 7 days to see that Post, you can have the Series send them an Email message. Below is a screenshot of what a small Series might look like.

Whereas a Workflow is a single interaction. For example, you can create a “Teammate has been unresponsive” Workflow that automatically sends the customer a message if they haven’t heard back from a teammate after 5 minutes have passed since their last message.

You can read up on what Series and Workflow do in our Help Center articles.
