Set a time for activating bot

Is there an option to set time for activating a bot?My use case: I want a bot to send a message in chat if user's message in chat was not answered for 10 mins.

Hello @alexandra m11​, In Intercom, bots can't reply to conversations where the teammates are assigned.In automation rule's it's possible to take actions based on customer unresponsive time.But there is no reply option, as I know the Intercom team working on this feature.  The best workaround here will be to use some third-party integrationslike Integromat, Zapier. Let me know if you have any further questions or need any help to set-up this flow via third-party integration. I will be more than happy to provide instruction on this matter.
