show custom options and HTML to users

When user opens chat section in my mobile app, I want to

  1. Show certain selectable options to users based on their account level (I.e. previous orders)
  2. When user selects an option then show more options or data (from DB via API) or existing articles (in intercom)
  3. Ideally, I would like to show clickable (touchable) HTML snippets as these options

 

 

Is this possible in custom bots, or is there any way to achieve this via intercom API?

just a side question, is there a way to show a custom button in messenger via API? that user can click and perform some action, just like intercom custom bot buttons
