Are you looking to customize this for a specific reason, like matching your brand or making it more distinctive for your team members?

Include as much as you can about the use case so that helps make the case for the request, happy to vote that one up for you as well if you post it.  I can see how this could be useful, even just because sometimes I get desensitized to a certain sound and need to change my ringtone sometimes 😂

You can change the notification sound for messages in the browser, I’m kind of surprised they don’t have a way to change the ring tone.

Yes even having a few choices just as the notifications would help. Our specialists are not too fond of the default one. I appreciate your answer. I will add it to the wishlist for sure.
