Using the visual bot builder, and cannot figure out how to submit a conversation

Here are some screenshots of what I am doing. As you can see, the text that I want to pass from the bot to the operator is not working. Any ideas on how I can resolve this issue?Thank you,Dave

This seems to be something we'd need to dig into further on our end and get access to your workspace to view the custom bot itself to maybe test out. Could you reach out to us via the messenger and start a conversation with our support? Could you make sure to share the URL to the custom bot, the URL to the example conversation where you've tested this and access to your workspace &#128293;Once the team get this information - they should be able to dig into this for you &#128373;&#127995;‍♀️
