I need a custom bot for our customers across several different languages.

Hey @user144, there are two options here.One is to create a Custom Bot where the first question is asking the customer what language they speak, then taking them down a path in that language depending on what option they select.The second option is to create a bot in one language, duplicate it, manually translate it into the next language, then continue as required.

I did this, but apparently, the article inserter only appears in one language.Is there any way I can change this for the custom bot? Thanks!
