@hatem I guess it's because processing language is rather difficult. Especially for languages that you're not fluent/native. But I would imagine that sometime in the future it will hopefully be available for more languages.

If you mean Intercom by mentioning "languages that you're not fluent/native" then it's a shame. If Intercom or any other platform offered an option to use different languages then they should hire people who are fluent/native with these languages so that they unblock all of their features.
I'm sure Intercom would love to offer those options for all languages. From my experience working in a company that's currently localizing its product and content, I can tell it's not that easy.
I do understand your point. We just switched from Zendesk to Intercom in order to get a better experience for our clients.
What we care about now is to ensure that my feedback is delivered to Intercom team and that they are working on improving it.
