Why my audience's name shows anonymous

I set a cutom bot, but the guest's name shows anonymous like the screenshot is there any way I can set a parameter for guests?so that we can identify different guests​​

Hey &#128075;&#127996; Shauna here! When you're seeing the customer's name show as anonymous, it just means that the person is a lead, and we don't have their actual names to display. If they were a user and we had that information, it would show.For more information on users, leads, and visitors, please check out the fantastic Article here.In regards to your specific example; it may be a good idea to add a part in the pathway to 'collect' the leads names - see below for an example &#128071;&#127996;Click to add a 'data field'. Click 'Add an attribute' for the drop-down to appear and then select 'Name'.This will then require your leads to provide their name.
