Hi i need to do a workflow need help with that. Workflow that will pop up immediately when user enter the home page. I succeed doing that. But its not popping up when user enter the home page just when he click on the chat.
+6For a workflow to pop up right when someone lands on the homepage, make sure you set the trigger to “Page URL contains yourhomepage.com” (or exact match). Also, check that the workflow action is set to “Show” instead of waiting for the user to click the messenger. If it’s still only showing after they open chat, it might be because the messenger launcher is set to manual. You can adjust this in Messenger settings → Style & display so the workflow can auto-trigger without needing a click.
