I’m working on setting performance targets for FIN—does anyone have experience or data they could share around Resolution Rate or CX benchmarks?!--endfragment>!--startfragment>

Assuming a decent amount of knowledge to work with, you should expect at least a 40% resolution rate when you first start implementing Fin with a month-over-month increase of at least 1% as you improve content based on user conversations.

Similarly with CX, your average may start low, but you should be using those poor CX conversations to fill content gaps.
