How does your team measure Fin AI performance?
We're trying to understand how different teams think about this. When you review Fin's performance, what signals do you actually look at?
- Resolution rate vs. target
- Handoff rate
- Reopened conversations
- CSAT on Fin interactions
- Something else entirely?
And when Fin underperforms, how do you diagnose why — do you have a process for that, or is it mostly manual conversation review?
