Ability to configure Fin via API

Very much missing the endpoints for viewing/editing Fin guidance & escalation rules. We don’t want to do it via the UI, we want our internal AI agents to reason about how to adjust Fin. Currently sort-of can automate it via Playwright but that’s only a workaround.

Endpoints for editing workflows would be good too.

Any plans to add any of that in near future?

Hey ​@Greendrake! For guidance, try out using the Intercom CLI. ​@Nathan Sudds ‘s excellent resource shows you can view and edit guidance via the CLI now (not sure whether escalation rules are included in that, so that’s worth a test!).

Can’t say anything about workflows though, those are going to be challenging to edit programmatically.
