I’m Darshan Hiranandani, looking to obtain a full export of my articles and helpdesk inbox messages, including all their text. Could anyone provide suggestions or guidance on how to achieve this? Your insights would be greatly appreciated!

You can export Articles from your Help Center by using the Articles API. Full details on how to do this can be found in our dev docs and in this guide.

 

Using our Conversations API, you can extract conversation messages from the Help Desk. You'd first have to list the conversations, and then use GET for individual conversation ID's.
