I’m trying to pull a list of the most recently updated articles in Intercom. In all of the documentation it says that the data is by default coming in as descending of Updated At. However, from my limited knowledge and use of Zapier and Postman’s AI bots, it seems the data is coming in with a sort of Created Date and not Updated Date.
Anyone else notice this?
