I was wondering where the best spot would be to find stats on outbound messages sent via API calls. The info I am looking for is just how many messages are sent out this way per month.

Hi @lauren d11 , That's a really good question.
Currently, as I See, there no option to see API sent e-mail/in-app message statistics.
If you are sending a message with one API request, you can see the report from here:
- Find any message sent from API and click here:
This is how it's showing:
Keep in mind that this works only if you send several messages with one API request.
Interesting that you can't access this report from Outgoing -> All, hope someone from the Intercom team catches this.
