I'm having trouble sending audio messages to customers via WhatsApp. I'm receiving the following error message:
WhatsApp could not accept this media. WhatsApp response: Audio file uploaded with mimetype as audio/ogg; codecs=opus, however on processing it is of type application/octet-stream. Please choose a different file.
However, I am recording the audio directly through Intercom using the "voice note" feature. Is anyone else facing this same issue? What can be done in this case? I opened a support ticket with the Intercom team, but they mentioned that due to high demand, this isn't a priority at the moment unless more cases are reported.
