Send HTML emails from messages API

Hello,

 

We are using messages API "https://api.intercom.io/messagesquot; to send emails to intercom users from our website.

We are trying to send email with HTML but look like API don't support for HTML version. So We have created custom templates into intercom system.

 

Right now we are looking for to send emails with custom templates, please let us know how we can send emails with template from API.

Hey @suresh​ ! Message endpoint is suitable for sending emails in plain and personnel templates alone.

Hello,

 

Yes but there is only two template (Plain and Personal), I want to use customized template with dynamic values to sending email.

 

Please let me know.

@suresh​ ! You would need to create the template only from UI for now if you wish to customise the message. With API you can only create a plain or personal template as I mentioned in my earlier message. I would suggest you add it to the product wish list page.
