Agents cant be heard on calls

We were able to go on Phone queue but whenever we receive calls , agents cant be heard. All headset and sound setup were working fine. tried basic t/s but issue persists.

Check the microphone permissions and input device in the softphone or browser settings. A recent update or policy change may have reset audio permissions — reallowing mic access usually resolves this.
