Do you have any examples of the Azure DevOps integration for tickets and issue support? I am looking for something like GitHub Issue application.

@user896​ , Afraid such integration with Azure DevOps not currently available with Intercom.

Zapier, Integromat also not support such integration = (

 

If you are good with Development, you can build such integration via Intercom API.

Hey @user896​, you'd likely need to use a third-party tool such as Zapier to build your own integration here. These tools tend to be fairly easy to set up, in my experience! I know @roy s11​ is a big fan of Integromat for this kind of thing, too.

I want an integration as for Github issues, when you can convert conversation into Github issues and when issue is resolved the conversation is notified.

Any progress on Azure DevOps integration? I'd love for the integration to work like GitHub's, or better yet, like Jira's.
