I previously used the Calendly integration in my website’s automation but it has not been working for several weeks now, when someone visits the site and tries to book a meeting with a member of our team it just displays a block with an error message. Is the integration broken and does Intercom plan on fixing it?

Thanks for touching base with us about this! I’m not aware of any specific issues with the Calendly App/integration, that being said it is a third-party App thats built and managed by the team at Calendly so we have no direct view or control over how it functions and therefore are fairly limited in our ability to provide support on it when issue arise.

I would highly recommend reaching out to the team over at Calendly on this though, they’ll be best placed to look into what might be happening in your instance - they’ve provided this link in the App where you can get in touch with them.
