Could not get unknown property 'cdvCompileSdkVersion' on build

Hi,

I'm trying to add intercom to my ionic app, I'm using the official plugin for intercom, it is working on IOS, but with android I'm getting `Could not get unknown property 'cdvCompileSdkVersion'` error message after building the app with ionic.
