Crash on the app startup, on a React Native app, with iOS 17.2

Hello everyone,

I have been receiving this error when the app initialize on the mobile.

@intercom/intercom-react-native is at 8.5.0, which seems to be the latest.

iOS version is at 17.2

Have you reached out to Intercom Technical Support? We don’t have Intercom installed in our mobile app yet, but could be a potential issue with the Mobile SDK specifically on 17.2? I’d assume they’d have heard of it since that OS has been out awhile.

Hello Trevor,

No, I didn’t. I though this was the only way to get help from Intercom based on old topics (mainly regarding this type of error). Could you share more information of how to reach the Intercom Tech Support?

Regarding the error itself. After opening this topic I tried to remove Sentry from our project since was a possibility mentioned in old topics but it didn’t work, the error still happened.

Thanks,
Gustavo
