Scribe tutorial videos are very helpful for customers. We would like to embed in Intercom using iframe. Is this something product is considering, or may have already implemented?

You can’t embed ScribeHow tutorials in Intercom using an iframe because Intercom blocks most external iframes for security reasons. A simple workaround is to use Scribe’s public share link and add it directly into your Intercom article or send it as a message — it will auto-expand as a clickable preview.

Thanks for the suggestion! Embedding Scribe tutorial videos in Intercom via iframe is a great use case. I’m not aware of any current support or planned implementation (Visit here), but the product team would be best positioned to confirm whether this is on the roadmap.
