Hi, I would like to set up a floating banner in our portal between certain time frame and I would like to show it to all users 2 times. how can I do that? I could set it up as ‘’send every time the person matches until dismissed’’  between certain time but I do not want to send more than 2 times

basically I want to send twice when a person matches the rule between certain time frame

One approach that could work for you is to set up a series, that includes: 

  1. A content block (the first banner)
  2. A wait block (eg: wait for a day)
  3. A second content block (the second banner, which could be identical, or very similar)

What are you trying to convey to your users (twice)?

​@Telnyx Sales I was going to say something similar to ​@conor here, but very curious about the ‘show this to users twice” and what the story is behind that one!  

 

 

Our full API key values will no longer be retrievable once they’ve been created. So we want to inform all of our users to securely save their API keys.
