The push notification sends successfully on Android (Firebase setup)
on iOs the notification is marked Sent and Received on Intercom but literally nothing happens on the device - logging or display-wise.
Where would I attempt to extract information on why it's failing?

I'm suggesting taking a look at the Push Notification Troubleshooting section;
If this doesn't work, the best way to resolve the issue is to contact Intercom Support via messenger.

The 'one deeper' link has some in depth troubleshooting I'll definitely try next
I also made the rookie error of assuming Push notifications work by default on the emulator, but I think there's a way to do that now
