How Intercom chat messages be sent to a MS.Teams channels?

Previously we used Slack but are migrating to MS.Teams.

 

While on Slack we had a web-hook style integration that allowed a Slack channel to receive and send. Now on MS.Teams we are trying to find a way of replicating the functionality.

 

Can anyone share or help with this challenge?

Hi @user1033​ 👋, Afraid there is no official Intercom <> Microsoft teams integration yet, you should set-up webhooks to reach your goal.
