@mittali,because you are using in Development Workspace.You need to create a real workplace, to do this you need to click "Add a new workplace".

I would like to get rid of development Workspace watermark on my chat window. Please suggest me how to do that ? Also let me know how to create own workspace instead of using intercom workspace .?
