Intercom doesn’t have a natively built integration with Skype. Your best bet is to look around for a 3rd party integration that works for your team.

I just Googled “Intercom Skype integration” and came up with a few options. I would recommend doing the same, looking them over, and picking out the one that sounds best to you!

We try few of the 3rd solutions and all of them not working well 

do you guys have any future plans to have this option  ?

Currently we don’t have any plans to build our own native Skype integration. I can flag this with the team though so they are aware that their’s some interest in that.
