Does anyone have experience with the Intercom - Telegram connection?

Any insights would help a lot.

Hi dilara.murathanoglu, It’s Mat from the Support Engineering Team 😀

Intercom does not. have any Telegram integrations. 
You might have some luck setting up some automations with Telegram using third party automation tools like Zapier or Make and our API.

What about https://octopods.io/intercom-telegram-integration that is available in the Intercom app store?

Do you have any experience on how it works?

What we need is to follow up on the Telegram communication solely in the Intercom Inbox, so that our team doesn’t have to have the Telegram app open on their screens.
