Intercom does not. have any Telegram integrations. 
You might have some luck setting up some automations with Telegram using third party automation tools like Zapier or Make and our API.

Do you have any experience on how it works?

What we need is to follow up on the Telegram communication solely in the Intercom Inbox, so that our team doesn’t have to have the Telegram app open on their screens.
