I have slack integration setup for "All conversation activity" However it seems like half the time I do not get notifications for replies to existing conversations.  

 

Does anyone have reliable slack notifications working for Intercom?

Would you be able to share some examples of activity that’s not coming through for you? If you could also send some screenshots, that would be great 👍
