In the past, we used to send interactive PDF documents to customers when we required their signature to perform actions in their account. These documents allowed customers to fill in their details and sign electronically via chat or email, without needing to download any additional software. We are now seeking suggestions for an app that has an integration with Intercom and can perform the same function. Do you have any recommendations?

Checking our App Store, I couldn’t see any suitable apps that would work for this use-case at the moment. On Intercom you can send and receive PDFs in conversations (in-app and email both) but your customer would need to use a separate app on their end to edit the PDF file as there is currently no direct app which provides integration with Intercom for that use-case.
