When are we expecting a release of v2.9 ? We’re trying out few integrations based on Ticket Topic webhooks, which is now available only in the unstable version, when can we expect it to be available as a stable one, any approximate dates?

We are VERY close to releasing the Tickets API and webhook topics to stable, likely in the next week.
As an FYI, we don’t expect any more changes to the webhook topics before the stable release, but a change is expected to the “Create a ticket note endpoint”, in case you’re using that. I can give you more details if required.

There are a number of things I’d like from the API (workspace settings, non-message outbound, etc). I don’t expect anyone to give me hard answers, but it would be nice to know what is even being considered for the planned future
