We are looking to integrate a form application for e.g. Bug Report and CSAT.. What are your experiences? Any recommendations? We are currently looking at NativeApps and DataScope

We have played with Typeform which we found very easy to setup and lightweight with the option for in app prompting (in the flow of message / launcher frame). We have also played with conversation attributes with future thinking that the new conversations API could pass those values over to another system (replicating a form tech).
