I just shipped a free app called Smart Routing - reads the conversation, suggests which team should handle it + tags. One click to assign.

Now figuring out what to build next. Auto-routing? Priority detection? Custom rules?

What actually wastes your time when deciding where a conversation should go?

For me, the biggest time drain is unclear ownership when a convo touches multiple teams. Priority detection would help too, especially spotting high-value or at-risk customers automatically (Read More). Custom rules based on keywords + customer tier could be powerful. Auto-routing sounds like the natural next step.

For me, the biggest time sink is unclear priority + missing context — figuring out urgency and who actually owns it when messages span multiple teams (Checkout). Priority detection tied to SLA or customer tier would be huge.
