Why do I get an error message when trying to manually create a lead through the Salesforce app?

Hi Team,

 

We are trying to create leads manually for those we know the name and Email in Salesforce. When in closed conversations we are clicking on the button 'Create Lead' under Salesforce in the Intercom chats. we get error.
