We don't have a built-in feature to grab a user's IP address. Per our Privacy policy and our Law Enforcement Request Guidelines we are not able to provide any sensitive information from our database without a subpoena.

To access this information, you would need to provide a subpoena, which can be sent to legal@intercom.com. Hope this helps 🙌
