I'd like to have a close 'X' option in my Messenger beside the teammates, I've seen this with some websites that use Intercom, how can I get it?

If you create a Custom Launcher for the Messenger, it will automatically have a close button at the top right of the messenger so if you'd like this as an option, you just have to create a Custom Launcher 🙌

Is there a way for us to be able to pass an option to get this close button without needing to use a custom launcher? Seems like something we should be able to customize.

We try to use Intercom for displaying helpdesk articles from links within our website and application, but customers complain about not being able to easily close the Messenger.
