Hey @osamanawaz50Racheal from the support engineer team here👋Intercom has many different customizing options, for many different features- is there a certain feature you are looking at here? When you say a custom domain- are you referencing the Help Center specifically? If so- yes you can definitely create a custom domain and you can read more about setting this up here.To turn off the Intercom branding on our Messenger and in emails, go to toMessenger > General settings👇Note: This option is only available in certain pricing plans.Regarding customizing your Messenger I’ll attach a really handy Article that details customizing your Messenger, this includes your logo and colors!
