We are interested in white labeling options for Intercom. Can you provide information on customization possibilities, including our logo, colors, and visual elements? Is it possible to use our own domain? Can we remove or minimize Intercom branding in the user interface?

Intercom has many different customizing options, for many different features- is there a certain feature you are looking at here? When you say a custom domain- are you referencing the Help Center specifically? If so- yes you can definitely create a custom domain and you can read more about setting this up here.  To turn off the Intercom branding on our Messenger and in emails, go to to Messenger > General settings👇

 

Note: This option is only available in certain pricing plans.
