Is there a Preview API endpoint for creating Custom MCP server connectors (not individual HTTP data connectors)? Is it on the roadmap?

I don’t think there’s a public Preview API for automatically creating Custom MCP server connectors yet — at least nothing officially documented beyond the standard HTTP connector flows. It does seem like a logical next step for larger-scale deployments and automation pipelines though.

You could probably keep an eye on upcoming platform updates or developer changelogs since this would be a pretty requested feature. In the meantime, you can also visit this for related automation and tooling ideas around server workflows.

That said, we always love hearing what our customers want, and the best place to share feedback like this is our Community Product Wishlist. Many more could want a Preview API endpoint for creating MCPs. It currently isn’t on the roadmap so I'd recommend searching the Wishlist first to see if a similar request already exists, and if it does you can upvote it or add your comments.
