Currently our customer support operations is very manual and we are growing. We’d like to implement AI automation that would both A) help answer customer questions but also B) help take common actions (refunds, issue credit, cancel subscriptions etc) -- initially after human review. We use Stripe and have our own API for our backoffice tools.
My questions are: 1) can intercom handle off of this? And 2) If I want to find a consultant or expert to help us implement this, any recommendations?

Answer customer questions automatically using Help Center content and AI
Trigger actions like issuing refunds or canceling subscriptions via your own API, using Custom Actions inside Workflows
Optionally route those actions for human review first, before anything goes live
You can even integrate with Stripe or your internal tools securely through Data Connectors or Webhooks.

Feel free to DM or my calendar link is in my signature, the short answer as some others have shared is yes Fin can help and it’s actually really good at these things once you get the APIs and Integrations connected -- there’s some tweaking you may need to do with the prompts and sometimes adjustments to the API endpoints to better service Fin but overall it’s a huge win!
