Hi ​@Assaf Barnir, this can actually beachieved with a Workflow available on the Advanced and Expert plans.Create aWhen customer opens a new conversation in the MessengerWorkflow and have the first message be “Hi there, welcome to [this company]. How would you like to proceed?” or something to that effect.Add two buttons to this message; “Ask Fin” and “Leave a message to our team”Have the Ask Fin button route to a Let Fin Answer block and theLeave a message to our team button lead to an assignment and let User send a message to the team.Hope this was helpful!
