Hi all,

Have you ever configure FIN to offer a clear choice: "Ask Fin" vs. "Leave a message"? here is an fake image of my vision/needs

Hi ​@Assaf Barnir, this can actually be achieved with a Workflow available on the Advanced and Expert plans.

  1. Create a When customer opens a new conversation in the Messenger Workflow and have the first message be “Hi there, welcome to [this company]. How would you like to proceed?” or something to that effect.
  2. Add two buttons to this message; “Ask Fin” and “Leave a message to our team”
  3. Have the Ask Fin button route to a Let Fin Answer block and the Leave a message to our team button lead to an assignment and let User send a message to the team.
