Hi, I’m Aleksei 👋
I'm an independent Intercom consultant, based in Helsinki, with 5+ years of experience across both sides of the table: as an internal Intercom owner running the platform day-to-day inside a company, and as an independent consultant delivering Intercom projects for my clients.
About me
My passion is designing and building support and revenue operations end-to-end, including AI-powered customer support, custom integrations, and automations of all sorts. Fin is the core part of my tool stack, but the work goes well beyond the platform, connecting the tools around it so that your teams all work from the same picture. Apart from support, I've used Fin for marketing and product teams as well: outbound messaging, onboarding flows, and in-product engagement. I've done this both in-house, owning the platform day to day, and as a consultant delivering it for my clients.
My expertise
- Full Intercom/Fin implementation and optimisation: workflows, routing, inbox structure, and reporting, plus the internal processes, policies, and team onboarding around them
- Fin AI setup and tuning: content structuring, Guidance, custom data connectors, and optimisation
- Custom integrations: connecting Intercom to CRMs, Notion, Slack, and internal tools using third-party platforms, webhooks, and the Intercom API. If you think something can't be connected, I'll bet you €50 it can. 😎
- Automation across support and revenue operations: escalations, notifications, data sync, lead routing

How I work
Every engagement starts with an intro call to understand your setup, your team, and what's actually impacting your setup and business. From there, I come back with a full Statement of Work: the project broken into phases, each with weekly milestones and stage checkpoints, every deliverable listed with its expected result, the tools involved (depending on what the build requires), what I need from your side to deliver, and what's explicitly out of scope. You know the full shape of the project - timeline, scope, and cost - before anything gets built.
During delivery, you get weekly summaries covering what's shipped, open decisions, and next steps, so nothing sits in the dark between calls.
