i was trying to create an account but after signing up i got this 403 Forbidden: Workspace Suspended

Hi there,

A “403 Forbidden: Workspace Suspended” message usually means the Intercom workspace you’re trying to access has been temporarily suspended — often due to billing, verification, or policy issues.

If you just created the account, try:

  1. Refreshing and logging in again — sometimes it resolves after setup completes.

  2. If it persists, contact Intercom Support at https://www.intercom.com/help and include the workspace URL or email you signed up with.

They can reactivate or clarify the suspension quickly.

i did finished setup and verified my email nut it still persists
