Fin is answering my Instagram DM's that have mentioned me in a story

Fin is connected to my work Instagram business page. A follower recently tagged me in a story (which I received as a DM), and Fin is answering that DM. How do I stop that from happening?

Hi, ​@No Fluff. It looks like this can be fixed in Intercom’s Instagram app’s settings (article). Go to App Store > Instagram > Settings and toggle off "Mentions from other user's stories." 

You could also do some customization in workflows (the customer sends any message trigger, then Instagram channel).
