Intercom has a Fin over API feature that’s in limited availability. You may need to reach out directly to your CSM to get on the waitlist.

Or, if you’re asking about getting your Intercom conversations connected to an MCP, you can definitely do that yourself.

It sounds like you’re trying to do something separate from what I’ve done with Intercom and MCP. You may be able to troubleshoot by pointing your preferred LLM to Intercom’s developer documentation: https://developers.intercom.com/docs/guides/mcp.

Thanks for your reply. I am trying to use the official Intercom remote MCP. The MCP supports DCR for authorization. I want to add a custom redirect URI to the allowed list of redirect/ callback URIs (there might be an existing list for cursor, claude, localhost, etc)
