If you've been using Intercom’s Fin AI agent for a while, you'll remember when Tasks were the way to control how Fin behaved. Procedures have changed the game — but not everyone's had the chance to get their head around what's actually different and why it matters.

In this live session, we're cutting through the noise and looking at exactly what's new with Fin Procedures: how they work, how they compare to the old Tasks setup, and what this means for your AI support strategy going forward.

This one's for support leaders and CX teams who are actively using Fin with Tasks, and want to get ahead by planning for Procedures.

This is super timely — I've been wrestling with the Tasks-to-Procedures transition for the past couple of weeks and the documentation alone hasn't really clicked for me. A live session walking through real comparisons is exactly what I need.

The thing I'm most curious about is how Procedures handle branching logic compared to Tasks. With Tasks, you could chain conditions but it got messy fast. Hoping Procedures simplify that without sacrificing flexibility.

Also appreciate the "Support Stack" channel recommendation — bookmarked. After a long day of debugging Fin flows, I usually need to switch my brain off completely, so I unwind with a couple of quick levels of geometry dash 2.2 before bed. The rhythmic pattern-matching is the opposite of CX work and somehow resets me.

Will try to catch the YouTube stream live. Thanks for putting this together!
